Preparation & Protection
The process begins with thorough site preparation to protect your home. We use heavy-duty floor protection and mask off all woodwork, sockets, and switches. This ensures that the plastering remains contained and your property stays clean throughout the project.

Corner Beading & Joint Reinforcement
To ensure perfectly straight edges and impact resistance, we install thin-coat beads to all external corners and window reveals. If there are any minor cracks in the original substrate, we apply glass-fibre mesh tape to bridge them, preventing those cracks from appearing in the new finish.

Plastering
Our expert plasterers apply a high-quality finishing plaster in two consecutive layers. The first coat flattens the wall, and the second "top coat" is meticulously trowelled as it sets to achieve a "mirror-smooth" finish. This stage requires precision timing to ensure the surface is perfectly flat and ready for paint.

Painting and Decorating
Once fully cured, we apply a "mist coat"—a specialised primer designed to soak into the new plaster and create a bond for the paint. We then follow with two coats of premium paint, using rollers for the main sections and brushes for detailed work around the trim.

Final Cleaning and Handover
The process concludes with a deep clean of the workspace to remove all construction dust and debris. The protective floor coverings are removed, and the wooden floors are polished, leaving the renovated room in a pristine, move-in-ready condition.
